Aha! Now, one may become confuzzled, but I've prepped a safe guard. To be sure you read, theres a secret imbedded within...
THIS IS MANDATORY READING, PEOPLES!!! Rawr!
Okay, please read...
1. How do I start Rping?
First, read the rules, then The Story: Part 1 and 2, then this (the FAQs). After that, pick yer chara, and fill out an application! Yay! Wait for approval, and once ya get it... begin!
2. Begin?! How?
Okay, heres the dealio, in your application, you must tell at what point in the story your chara was at before s/he was ripped from it and give some background so we know whats goin on. If you have an original chara, just write some stats and background, so we know who it is. If its a canon, then you're lucky and don't have to worry about it.
3. You didn't answer the question...
Ne? Oh, sorry. Well, when you start Rping (after you're approved) your chara is chained up in the dungeon. They wake up with no recollection as to how they got there. Basically, your chara was in the middle of some thing when suddenly it stopped, they blanked out and woke up there. They have no idea whats going on. They may see other charas in the dungeon with them, or they can be alone.
4. Well, that seems boring. What am I doing here?
Eh?! No, wait! Come baaack! I'm not done!!
Um...
So, they can interact with other people in the dungeons, including the other prisoners and the guards. Sometimes, they can be taken by scientists to be studied or the interrogator to be tortured...
You might also be brainwashed and sent to Monica.
5. Er...
But the fun part is only starting...
Your chara can escape. Alone or with friends. It won't be easy, but it can be done. When that happens, you'll be confused, maybe. I depends on the chara. This is LA! They have to learn to fend for themselves and blend in, or totally rebel and kill all the scientists in the sector! It all depends on who you are. Also, you wanna either stay or get back home to your story. Probably the latter. So, you'll ask questions... maybe forcefully.
6. How can they communicate in LA? My chara is Japanese!
Not the translation! Everyone speaks English... or mostly, okay? Gosh, are ya trying to be difficult?
7. Okay, I know whats goin on... so what do I do?
RP!! Have fun! It doesn't all have to be dramatic! Your chara (once they get out) can have fun, too. This doesn't have a specific genre. Do which one suits the setting. If you're being tortured by the interrogator its gonna be drama, maybe even horror. But if you're trying ice cream for the very first time, or a roller coaster, it can be light-hearted and comedic.
8. So my chara is just "there"?
Not if your chara has a goal. They can try to start a new life, having finally got away from the other... They can try to find a way to get back home to their story, where they are needed? Or any other goal that your chara might set.
9. So whats really goin' on in their story while they're gone?
Its like another dimension in their stories. When they're pulled out, they're literally missing. The people in the story will not know where they've gone. Your chara could be talking to someone and suddenly they're not there anymore. Life continues in the story after the chara leaves.
10. So... six months to live?
Yeah. Sucks. But you don't know it yet. You need to find it out, or overhear. Also, thats another thing to drive you against Dr. Man and Gerald. I'm sure Dr. Man'll be able to make some kind of pill or whatever to keep your molecules stable, but the matter of getting it...
REMEMBER: Your chara knows NOTHING about these FAQs or The Stories when they first come. That is something they learn as you Rp.

Oh, by the way, I lied. Theres no secret. But I hope you actually read it, not skimmed... It answers what you need to know...
